mrc:ting of the Village Council of the Villag . of. Plrnouth, I!innesota
was held on the 4th day of May , 1970. The follo,•+ng
members were present:_ Mayor HlIde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth.
The follocaing rumbers ,.ere absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:

WIIERFAS,Premium Service Corp. asked for rezoning approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT IIEREI3Y RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF
The rezoning request for I-1 from R-0 on property for road
and streets to serve Mammoth Industries is hereby referred to the
Planning Commission asking that they try to come up with a
solution whereby a portion of the request can be rezoned so that
the Thoroughfare Plan will not be a factor.
The motion for the adontion of the forer-inl, Pr- olution Was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the followinF voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon thn Resolution ons declared duly passed and adopted.
