Councilman Johnson introduced the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTTON NO. 70-152
WHEREAS, Jerome Begin presented an applir tion to operate

a Sanitary Land Fill.
NOW THEREFORE, BI-, IT HEREBY RESOTATFI) BY THF VILLAGE COtTIXIL OF
THE VII,LAGE OF PLYMO11TH:
The date of May 18, 1970 to hereby set for a public hearing
to consider the application of Jerome Begin for a Sanitary Land
Fill operation at 13315 County Road $9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, Resolution oras duly
(seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon votF being tnlcen thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:^ Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution wze. declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Detrity Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
