Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ar,¢lzr (s-pccial)
meeting of the Village Council of the Villagt� of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 27th day of April _, 1970. The following
memhers were present: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and
Spaeth and Mayor Hilde arrived later.
The following members were absent:_
None

Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTIO N NO. 70-149
u1HEREAs, the Village has asked that "no parking" signs
be posted.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE. OF PLYttOUTH:
Minneapolis Industrial Park Subdivision is hereby to be given
two weeks notice affective May 59 1970 that the Village of
Plymouth has requested the Hennepin County Highway Dept. to
post a "No Parking" sign at the following locations:
Both sides of County Road 96 between Zinnia Land and Highway 1155.
Both sides of County Road 961 between County Road 96 and Highway 955.'
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by_,Councilman Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. Mayor Hilde had not as yet arrived to the meeting.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Cleric of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a VAIsltIli, (special.) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on April 27 1970, with the originalthereof
on file in my office and the same is a full., true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
for no parking on portions of Cty. Rds. #6 and #61.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Deputy Clerk and the
corporate seal of the Village this 8th day of May 1970.
