VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
' RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID

ii Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the

village Council of the Villa -e of Plymouth, Minnesota, wns held on the
20th day of April, 1970. The following members were present:
y Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
wag absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESCLLfTION NO. 70-148
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
of Pumphcuses No. 1 and 2 bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement for General Construction:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with the following in the name of the
Village of Plymouth for Pumphouses No. 1 and 2 additions
and revisions:
General Construction to Krueger Construction Co. for $10,520.00.
Mechanical Construction to Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating Co.
for $14,227.00.
Electrical Construction to Commonwealth Elec. Co. for $14,064.00.
ccording to the plans and specifications therefor -approved by the
village Council and on file in the office of the "-llage Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
:allowing
econded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly paused and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clark -of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 20, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Deputy Clerk and the
corporate seal of the village this 11th day of May, 1970.
