Countilmaa Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptions
RSSOLUiION No. 70-143
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
August 4, 1969, the Village Engituer has prepared plans and
specifications for the Central Improvement Project f69 -1,0-G and
has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

"The Village Clark shall prepare and cuaee to be inserted

an advertisement felt bid* upon the saying of such Improve -

The advertisement *hall be published for two creeks, shall
specify the Morkā¢to bs donri,,shal'state that bids will
be opened and considered by ths>Couneil'`-at 10:00 A.M. on
May 22, 1916 for .the dater and Sewer Improvesents; 10:30 A.F.
on May 22, 1970 for Street Improvements; 11:00 A.M. for
Central area Storm Sewer,=in the Council Chanbl&rs of the
Village Aa1> and that no bids will be copaiderod unless
sealed.and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified chock
payable to the Clark for°SX of the amount of such bid."
Notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote beina.taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Rints, Rindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon said
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
