Pursuant to aue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
i
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
1—ld on the 20th day of April, 1970. The following members were
present: •Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and
Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-141
WHEREAS, a final plat plan has been presented for approval
for the Nolan Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
JOF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Final plat plan for the Nolan Addition on the West side of
Highway 4101 and on the South side of 8th Avenue, subject
to payment of $194.25 in lieu of park land dedication is
hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was

duly seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.;
