HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-140VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of April 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. i Councilman Hine introduced the following Resolution and moved its' adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-140 ( WHEREAS, a request has been made to release the bond for Colonial Corners. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The bond for Colonial Corners in the amount of $18,000 is hereby released. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
