RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular ¢}nil)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota,
was held on the 20th day of April , lg 70
The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Aintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
and the following members were Wasent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION N0.70-139
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: with water installation
the properties abutting Pilgrim Lane South of 26th Ave. N.
and assess the abutting property for all or a pertion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THERP•ORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUMIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be nada as
proposed or in connection with some other Improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recomseaRed."
The notion was seconded by Councilman kdseth and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth. Kindseth and Hintz.
the following voted against the motion: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
