Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (Haqw)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village Of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 20thday of April , 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz._
Kindeeth and Spaeth. _
The following; members were absent: None _
Councilman Hintz introduced tho following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
R--SOLUTIOid NO. 70- 138
W11r•.REAS, a petition was received from certain residents
to install water at 26th Avenue and E. Medicine Lake Blvd.
N014 THEREFORE, 111, IT HEREBY RF.SOI.VED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE. OF PLY1-10UTN:
May 18, 1970 is hereby set as the date to hold a Public
Hearing concerning the installation of water for residents
at 26th Avenue and E. Medicine Lake Blvd. which is
designated as Project #170 -OC.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing; Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

Village held on April 20 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
re Water Project 070 -OC
