Purr•,;ant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (gRfte#fi*)
meetine of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
N,as held on the __2DIWay of April__ , 1970. The foliovring
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hints,
Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced .the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-137
W11FRFAS, DeVac, Inc. asked for a Conditional Use Permit
to construct a building on their property behind their present
plant on Highway #55 near Pilgrim Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, RE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF. VILLAGE COUNrIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYI(OU'TN:
A Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved for DeVac, Inc.,
10130 Highway #55 and their site plan subject to the following:
1. Fntranee drives to the parking lot off of the frontage
road should be reduced to and 30 ft. curb openings,
2. All parking must be moved behind the 50' front yard
setback line.
3. Parking setback from side lot lines should be maintained
as 15'.
4. The steep slope on the Westerly side of the property adja-
cent to the bituminous surface area should be sodded.
5. Also, subject to granting an easement for access to the
Northerly lot where the proposed building is to be constructed
over the property which fronts on State Highway X155.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Kindseth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
4 the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. CouncilMA Pintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular (tel) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village hold on April 20 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same rela°Les to a Resolution
for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for DeVac, Inc.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Deputy Clerk and the
corporate seal of the Village this 8th day of May 1970.
