Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reguI.ar 4)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymcuth, Minnesota
was held on the 20tilay of April --M, 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz.
Kindeeth and Spaeth. _ !_
The following members were absent:_ None
Councilman Hintz introduced ,the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70- 136
tJHEP,EAS, Belgarde Enterprises requested preliminary plat
approval for Fox Meadows development.
NOW THERFFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COIINCII, or
THE VILLAGE OF PLYI-'OUTH:
The Fox Meadows preliminary plat is hereby approved subject to
deed restriction which will not allow building construction but
will allow parking only on the Westerly 230' of Lots 5 and 6, Block 1,
and subject to the granting of an easement, right of access, or
restrictive covenant which will allow pedestrian traffic over a strip
oU land approximately 20' wide extending from the Northerly edge of
32nd Avenue along the Westerly side of the proposed plat to its'
Northerly limits.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Couneilm,,,,
Johnson. Rinz_Kindeeth �![td_Snaeth. No one vo*ed agein.t_ ---
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ndepted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing, extract- of the minutes
of a regular ( ) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on April 20 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the Game is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
re. Fox Meadows Preliminary Plat
