Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (fEVfiX3bml)
meeting of th.. Village Council of the Village of P1}mouth, Minnesota
was held on the --2D&-AY of April , 1970. The following
members ware present: -i Ail o, noun time, Johnson, H n y-
iindseth.. and Spaeth.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTTON NO. 70-135
4?HEREAS, E. Rex LaPorte asked for a Conditional Ure Permit
to place a mobile home at 5605 Lawndale Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE: OF PLY!VOUTH:
To deny the Conditional Use Permit request for allowing a
mobile home at 5605 Lawndale Lane. The Village has no way to
control this type of home and there are no zoning ordinances to
cover. '
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
Seconded by_ , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the follotaing voted in favor thereof: --
Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Vilercupon the Resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.
