Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular N1 1 1)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 20thday of April . 1970. The following
members were present:_ Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnsons Hintz.
Kindseth and Spaeth.
The followin,; members were absent: +None
Councilman Hintz introduced ,the following
Resol+ition and moved its' adoption:
RE6OIXTTON NO, 70-134
MIEREAS, the Washington Development Company made a
rezoning request for a townhouse community in the
vicinity of 36th Ave. N. and Zachary Lane.
NOtd THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
To deny the rezoning request from R-1 to R-3 as made
by the Washington Development Company for property
located north of 36th Avenue, approximately 600' East
of Zachary Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen -Hintz,
Johnson, Riudseth and Spaeth. No one voted agaipst
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adcvpted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Villape of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular (sit) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held an April_ 20, 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
for rezoning by Washington Dev. Co.
