Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a M (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of. Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 13th day of April 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth—
and
paeth`and Kindseth. ,_ w
The following members were absent:_ Councilman Hintz .
Mayor Hilde introduced .the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTTON NO. 70-133
WHEREAS,
Mayor Hilde said Acting Manager Barnes requires
the assistance of an auditor from Geo. Hansen & Co.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE. OF PLY11OUTH:
The Acting Manager, Mr. Barnes, is hereby directed to
make arrangements with Geo. Hansen 6 Co. for one of his
employees to assist him immediately in the Finance Dept.
until such time that a new village Manager is hired and
the Acting Manager returns from vacation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth.
Vhereupon the Resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.

Village held on April 13 1970, with tht-, original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
assistance in Finance Dept.
