Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a iCzVeinX (=special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
v,as held on the 13th day of April 1970. The foll.00ing
members were present:_ Mayor Hihnann-RpaEth�__
and Kindseth.
The following members were nhsent: Councilman Hintz
Mayor Hilde introduced ,the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:

WIIERiiAs,
additional federal funds are to be applied for for the
Minneapolis Force Main.
NOW TUREFORE, BE IT EFREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COL?NCII. OF
THE VILLAGE OF PI.YMnULP:
The Mayor 43 authorized to arrange for a meeting with the
Housing 6 De-•clopment Authority in Washington, D. C. and
that Messrs. Hen.iey, Bonestroo, Hagen, Johnson will go
with Mayor Hilde to attend said meeting
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
!;
r^i-Gilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Cgmncilmen —
Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman Spaeth abstained,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a fkgejar (special) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on April 13 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
to aeply for Federal funds _
WITNESS, qty hand officially as such Deputy Clerk and the
