OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
April 13, 1970
Pursuant -to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
April 13, 1970 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway
No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Riris +_h and
Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 70-131
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 70-103
. - RELATING 1G T[d]? .^-a71I, OF $-,410,000 PUBLIC
IMPROVU42NT BONDS OF 1970
WHEREAS, the Council did on March 30, 1970 adopt
Resolution No. 70-103 relating to the sale of $1,410,000
public improvement bonds of 1970, and
WHEREAS, said resolution provided for the sale of said
1 bonds on April 28 , 1970, .and

WHEREAS, it is deemed to be necessary and desirable
that said sale be reset for, -May 5, 1970,
IOW -:THEREFOR;:: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
G COUNCIL OF THb VILLAGE O PLYm,'UTH AS FOLLOWS:
( 1. That Resolutinn No. 70-103 adopted
f March 30, 1970 be amended by providing ihit the
i+ sale of $1,410,000 public improvement bonds of
j 1970 be held on May 5, 1970 rather than on
April' 28, 1970.
2. The Village Attorney is directed to cause
j the advertisement of the reset sale.to be made I
in t`?e official newspaper of the Village and in }
Commercial West. !

The above motion was seconded by Councilman Spaeth
ad upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in savor
4areof: Mayor Hil.de,,Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth.
