OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH
April 13, 1979
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
ifof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
,!April 13, 1970 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway
I}No. SS, commencing at 7.30 o'clock p.m. The following members
were presentz Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Rindeeth and
ji Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Idintz.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution

jand moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 70-130
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 70.104
RELATING TO SALE OF $1,405,000 SANITARY SEWER
f BONDS
WHEREAS, it appears that there may be some opportunity
for the Village of Plymouth to receive assistance in its
;financing of the costs of the sanitary sewer force main to the
;City of Minneapolis from the Metropolitan Council, and
WHERENS, until the question of such assistance is
resolved it is deemed unwise for the Village to sell its sanitary
sewer bonds of 1970 at -this time,
f NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE

i COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Resolution No. 70-104 adopted by the
Village Council at a special meeting on March 33,
1970 relating to the sale of $1,405,000 sanitary
ze4ar bonds of 1970 be and hereby is rescinded.
2. The village Attorney is directed to cause
the aâ–ºdvertise0ents for such sale in the official
publication of the village and in Commercial West
to be cancelled.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Spaeth
and upon vote bring taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Jobnson, Eindseth and Spaeth.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Village Clerk of the Tillage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and fore-

-Coun4l of said Village held April 13, 1970 with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
capplete transcript therefrom insofar as the sane relates to
rescinding Resolution No. 70-104 relating to sale of $1,405,000
sanitary sewer bonds.
