iursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ special meeting of
t"a Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
13thday of April , 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda'. Couacilsen Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councils= Hintz
Councilman Spaeth
;.roved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION NO. 70-129
NOW THEREF0IE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: F
The request for a Sat Up'License by Mr. Louis J. Mancuso
of the La Cucina Italian;& Amrican Restaurant at
11333 Olsen Highway, Minhd_apolis, Minnesota is hereby ;•
approved.
. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson . and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: rlayor Hilda. Council:ran Johnson.
Kindseth and Spaeth and the following voted
against: Fiona. Councilman Hintz was absent
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
