Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (spombol)
meeting of the Village Council of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 6th day of April_ , 1470. The follos,ing
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, wiUtz�
Kindo th and Spaeth No one was Ahsent.
The following members were absent:
Councilman Johnson introduced.the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 707125
WHEREAS,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF P'LYMOUTN:
The Attorney is hereby directed to prepare Ordinances
covering parking and towing of vehicles in the Village
of Blymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
secondee by Councilman Kindseth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular (fid.) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on 197n, with the original thereof
on file in my officeand the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
for preparation of Ordinances
