HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-122VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular ) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of April , 1970. The following members were present: 'Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, Kind eth and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its' adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-122 WHF.RFAS, residents living between 2620 a" 2680 E. Medicine Lake Drive petitioned for water installation. NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH; The Engineer is hereby directed to proper& a feasibility and cost study to see if hater slain& should be installed to serve the petitioners living from 2620 to 2680 E. Medicine Lake Drive and that said improvement be added to Project ti69-0E. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded NCO Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindeeth and Spaeth. whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Page 2, Resolution No. 7g_122 STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
