Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular )
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 6th day of April , 1970. The following
members were present: 'Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz,
Kind eth and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-122
WHF.RFAS, residents living between 2620 a" 2680 E. Medicine
Lake Drive petitioned for water installation.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
The Engineer is hereby directed to proper& a feasibility and
cost study to see if hater slain& should be installed to serve the
petitioners living from 2620 to 2680 E. Medicine Lake Drive and
that said improvement be added to Project ti69-0E.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded NCO Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Kindeeth and Spaeth.
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular. (sW,aeimi.) meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on A�r17 b 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
y,gU&3&tj+Q w&ear at 26th Ave. and E. Medicine Lake Blvd.
WITNESS, Pty hand officially as such Deputy Clerk and the
corporate seal of the Village this 8th day of MAY 1970.
