Pursuant to dw call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
6th day of April, 1970. The following ambers were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson. Hintz, 8indeeth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Counciliann Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoptions
RESOLUTION NO, 70-120
j WHEREAS. Mr. Wallace Lessard, 3330 N. Fernbrook Lane requested a
Subdivision Waiver for Plat 43722, Parcel 4140.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE V2LLAGE COUNCIL OF

1. That the requirements of Ordinance l66-1 of the Village
{ of Plymouth passed on January 10. 1966, and filed on
April 6. 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records.
pages 497, Register of deeds, Hennepin County Minneseta,
relating to�the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width ars hereby
valved as to the following described lands:

That part of the Wt of the Nide in Section 22, T. 118.
R. 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described an:
Beginning at the 5E corner of Lot 1, Block 1, EDMAN
ADDITION,:�according to the plot of record thereof on
file in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
said County; thence easterly 7.70 feet; thence northerly
120 feet; tbence westerly 228 fest; thence northerly

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken theraon, the
following voted in favor thereoft Mayor Riids, Councilmen Johnson.
Blots, Xindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing =tract of the minutes of a
regular msetiag of the Village Council of said Village held April 6.
1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and the sans is
a fall, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the sans
relates to a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Parcel
4140, Plat 43722.
