Minnesota was held on the 6th day of April, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth. so one i was absant. yi �ltti itki A� t Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-119 WH6RFAS. Mr. Wallace Lessard, 3330 N. Fernbrook Lane requested it a subdivision waiver for Plat 43721, Parcel 1235. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT BERM RESOLVED 3Y THE Vn J Af,E COUNCIL OF {! THE VILLAGE OF PLY,.=. TR: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village ! of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed an April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of MI-scellanaouw Records, I page 497, Register of Duds, ��pin County Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of paresis of land less them five (3) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: ' Tract A: i j� The North 3/8 of the 51h of the NEk, except the South 110 feet of the.E 175' of the 81h of the Nth and also excepting the E 176' lying N of the S 110' of the S* I of the Wft, all in Section 21. Township 118. Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Tract B: 4 The E 176' of the N 3/8 of the Slh of the N*. lying Horth of the S 110' of said N 3/8'aad lying South of the H 15 rods of said N 3/8, Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to e" -,t for road purposes over and across the E 33' thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly sscond[0 by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hiide, Councilman Johnson, Hints. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clark of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular sleeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 6. 1470, with the original thereof on file is my office and the same is a full. true and complete transcript therefrom insofar u the sane relates to a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Plat 43721, Parcel 1235.
