VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held on the
6th day of April, 1970. The following members vera present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was 0,rnnt.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-118
WHEREAS, Mr. Harold E. Reimer of 4425 Larch Lane N., Minneapolis
Minnesota requested a subdivision waiver of Parcel 1400, Plat 43715.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on
April 6, 196E, in look 1035 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Mimenote.
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A.
That part of the Ek of the Nih of the Nih of Section 15
Range 22, Township 118 judicial land marks having been
set at the SE cornet SW corner and NW corner thereof,
lying Westerly of the Westerly line of Interstate Highway
#494 as shown in Notice of Lis Pandens, Document #799957
files of Registrar of Titles of Hennepin County,
Tract B.
That part of the Eli of the NEMC of the NWh lying East
of Interstate Highway #494, Section 15, Townwhip 118,
Range 22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the
Resclution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held April 6, 1970. with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
