Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
6th day of April. 1970. The following members ware present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints. Kindseth and ST �jth. No one
was absent.
Councilman Kiadseth introduned the following Resolution and
caved its, adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 70-117
WHEREAS, John Gullickson, 17005 County Road $24, Wayzata
asked for ■ Subdivision Waiver of Plat /43736, Parcels 9010 and 9022
at 10860 South Shorn Drive.
NOW THEREfORPy BE IT AERNET RESOLVED NY THE VILLAGE CMXCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTHt
1. That the requirsuente of Ordinance 066-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, to look 1033 of, Miscellaneous Records.
page 497, Register of Beads, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas cb'm
flys (3) acres in area and 300 fast in width ars hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A:
That part of the South 15 acres of the NW% of the Nik of
Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, lying Northerly of a
line drawn from East to Wast and aqui-distant between the
North line ;a d ths,South line of said South 15 acres, and
West of tiut',center inns of the Madicime Lake Road (so
called) which road connects at the Southerly time of the
N* of the Nik with Naumann Cartway as shows on the plat
of "Schiebe"s Highland View Additien", acaorJing to the
U. S. Government Survey thereof, except that part there-

That part of the South 13 acres of the Mh of the left
of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County
Minnesota described as commencing at the NE corner of
Tract A, Registered Land Survey /6941, files of Registrar
of Titles, County of Ueanapin; thence Northeasterly
along the center line of South Shore Drive, a distance
of 158.00 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel
herein described; thence Northwesterly deflacting to
the left 90 degrees, 00 minutes. a distance of 200 feet;
thence Northeasterly deflecting to the right 90 degrees,
00 minutes, a distance of 110 feet; thence Southeasterly
deflecting to the right 90 degrees 00 minutes. a dis-
tance of 200 feet to said center line; thence South-
vesterly along said center line, a distance of 110 feet
to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmen Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Couseilmen Johnson,
Hiatt, KtvAseth and Spaeth. No me voted against.
'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
