meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 6th day of April . 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, —

The following members were absent: None
Co ncilnan Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-116
WHEREAS, Mr, Roger Storax has requested a variance to
j increase the size of his single garage to a double at 1330D
Garland Lane, Block 1, Lot 5 Rreats 6lghvisv Acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF, VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILIAGE OF PLVOUTN:
It is hereby resolved to grant the variance of 4' to the 15'
sideline requirement for garage addition at the above address.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution teas duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson. and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: flavor Hide Ceumcilmen
