Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 46facd.-44
meeting of the Village Council of: the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 6th day of April , 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councileien Johnson, flints.
'Kiudseth and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following,
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-113
WHEREAS, Gilbert Bittner, 130108 County Road #15 has
petitioned for a variance request'.
N014 THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOITTH:
It to hereby resolved to grant the 10' front setback waiver
and 10' sideline variance for Mr. Gerald Bittner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Couneilwan Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: ftor RIlde. Councilum_
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Rindsath.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
