y Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the

Village_ Council of the Village -of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
{ the 30th day of March, 1970.
} The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
.Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

Mi --)r Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLL'TION NO. 70-105
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOL"nf:
The Treasurer -Finance Director of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota is hereby authorized to execute and sign the Transfer
and Acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works
Under 33 U.S.C. 466 et seq. covering Project No. FTPC-Minn.-598
for the amount of $473,100.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Ii the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that I
have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a
special meeting of the Village. Council of said Village held
March 30, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
