Special Council Meeting
November 13, 2007
Mayor Slavik called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on November 13, 2007.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Slavik, Councilmembers Murdock, Willis, Bildsoe, Hewitt, and
Black.
ABSENT: Councilmember Stein.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Ahrens, Park and Recreation Director Blank, Public Works
Director Cote, Community Development Director Juetten, Senior Planner Drill, Planning
Manager Senness, City Engineer Moberg; Utility Supervisor Newberger, and City Clerk
Engdahl'.
Discussion of Sanitary Sewer and Water and Sunnly Distribution Plans of the
Comprehensive Plan
i The Council discussed with staff and the consultants from SHE the preliminary sanitary sewer
and water and supply distribution plans for the Comprehensive Plan update. Concerns were
expressed regarding the staging of the sanitary sewer plan, constricting a third treatment plant,
and doing test drillings for future wells contained in the plans.
Since this meeting had to conclude due to the regular Council meeting starting in a few minutes,
Councihnembers were encouraged to meet with staff if they had any unanswered questions.
Adiournment
Mayor Slavik adjourned the meeting at approx'nately, :57 p.m.
