Special Council Meeting
June 12, 2007
Councilmember Black called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at
6:02 p.m. in the Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on June
12, 2007.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Councilmembers Black, Willis, Hewitt, Murdock, and Stein.
ABSENT: Councilmember Slavik and Councilmember Bildsoe.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Ahrens, Administrative Services Director McGann,
Park and Recreation Director Blank, and City Clerk Engdahl.
2006 Audit Presentation
Aaron Nielsen and Jim Eichten, from Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and
Company, the City's auditing firm, provided a brief overview of the 2006 Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report as well as the Management and Special Reports.
Set Future Study Sessions
Councilmember Black requested that' -the Council discuss the rental licensing ordinance at
a future Study Session. Staff was directed to prepare a report that would include items
such as inspection codes, what other cities are doing with problem rental properties, and
issues and concerns based upon inspections of properties.
Adjournment
Councilmember Black adjourned the meeting at 6:48 p.m.
