CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-774
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE AND WINE LICENSE
FOR D 8t D of MINNESOTA, INC.,
D/B/A FAMOUS DAVE'S BBQ SHACK,
11308 HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and
wine license from D 8t D of Minnesota, Inc., d/b/a Famous Dave's BBQ Shack, 11308
Highway 55, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department
resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to
deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an on -We 3.2 malt liquor license and wine license is hereby approved for D dt D of
Minnesota, Inc., 11308 State Highway 55. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued
for the period through June 30, 1999. The wine license is issued for the period February
11 1999 through January 31, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on December 17, 1997.
