CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-773
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
VINTAGE MARKET LLC, D/B/A VINTAGE MARKET FINE WINE &
SPIRITS
AT THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF 1.494 AND ROCKFORD ROAD
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor
license from Vintage Market LLC, d/b/a Vintage Market Fine Wines & Spirits, for a new
business located in the northwest quadrant of 1-494 and Rockford Road; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Vintage Market I.I.C.
d/b/a Vintage Market Fine Wines & Spirits, for the location in the northwest quadrant of
1-494 and Rockford Road, for the period February 1, 1998 throullh January 31, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on December 17,1997.
