CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-772
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR HUNAN BUFFET, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from
Hunan Buffet, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all feet and provided all required insurance
certificates and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department
resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing wns conducted and the City Council finds no reason to
deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Hunan Buffet, Inc., 10820
Highway OSS, for the petiod through June 30, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on December 17,1997.
