CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 769
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND STREET RIGHT -0F -WAY
PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 0 ADDITION
PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage and utility easement and street right-of-
way in Plymouth Business Center 6a Addition and Plymouth office Commercial Park; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
wHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December 17,1997
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hewing was published and posted two weeks prior to
the mating of December 17.1997; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mall;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on December 17,1997 to inform any and all
Interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements and street right-of-
way within Plymouth Business Center & Addition and Plymouth Office Commercial Park; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements and street right-of-way
were not needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement and street
right-of-way be vacated:
The drainage and utility easements over, under and across the following described
property:

Lot 2, Block 1, PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 0 ADDITION, except that
part lying Easterly and Northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the most Northerly comer of said Lot 2; thence
Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 and its
Southeasterly extension to the South line of the North 5 feet of said
Lot 2; thence Easterly along said South line to the East line of said
Lot 2 and there said line terminates, according to the recorded p'at
thereof, and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
As said easements are dedicated and delineated on said plat of PLYMOUTH
BUSINESS CENTER 0 ADDITION.
The drainage and utility easements over, under and across the following described
property:
Lot 8, Block 2, PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK,
according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
As said easements are dedicated and delineated on said plat of PLYMOUTH
OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK.
Annapolis Circle as dedicated and delineated on the recorded plat of
PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK, lying west and south of the
following described line:
Beginning a! ths, Northwest comer of Lot 7, Block 2, P►.YMOUTH
OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK; thence northeasterly along a line
radial to the centerline of said Annapolis Circle to said centerline;
thence westerly along said centerline to the easterly rWit-of-way of
Berkshire Lane and there said line terminates.
