CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-768
PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAXES PAYABLE IN 1998
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
coramencing January 1, 1998 and certain monies to finance said budgets are required to
be raim:d 6om taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money
be raised by tax on taxable property in the City of Plymouth for 1998 as set out in the
approved 1998 City budgets are hereby levied:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before December 29, 1997.
