CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-765
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER TO ELECTRIC SERVICE CO.
OF MINNEAPOLIS, INC.
WHFREAS, Electric Service Co. of Minneapolis. Inc. has completed additional work at
the Elm Creek Playfield, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager, M. A. Mortenson, a 1d city staff have reviewed
said request and have recommended approval of said change order;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Chwge Order No. 9 in the amount of S 12,751 for the Elm Creek Playfield is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 17,1997.
