CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-764
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE ELM CREEK PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, City staff and the construction manager for the Elm Creek Playfield have
reviewed change order no. 5 from Northwest Bituminous, Inc., and change order no. 8
from Electric Service Co. of Minneapolis, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds these two change orders to be in thr best interest of
the development of the Elm Creek Playfield,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
chanke order no. 5 with Northwest Bituminous, Inc., in the amount of S 14,500 deduct,
and change order no. 8 with Electric Service Co. of Minneapolis, Inc., in an increase of
$5,400 are hereby approved as recommended.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 17, 1997.
