RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 760
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF A
PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
OUTLOT A, PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER 4M ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06,1A'ard C. Schendel,
on behalf of St. Paul Proper'ies. Inc.. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following permanent easement for street and utility purposes by Document No. 1376643:
A permanent ea.9 -went for street and utility purposes over, under, across and through that
portion of tLe 0 .::: described parcel contained within a strip of land 60.00 feet in width,
30.00 feet on e . r. r gide o: the below described line:
Commencing ti :-ie intersection of the center line of Empire Lane and the south line of
said Plymouth . reeway Ceprer Y° P Aition; thence northerly along said center line of a
distance of 530.00 feet; thence northeasterly 69.22 feet along a tangential curve, concave
to the southeast having a radius of 237.06 feet and a central angle of 16 degrees 43
minutes 49 seconds to the point of beginning of said center line; thence continue
northeasterly 120.04 feet along last described curve, having a central angle of 29 degrees
00 minutes 50 seconds; thence northeasterly 210.07 feet along a reverse curve, concave to
the northwest, having a radius of 263.51 feet and a central angle of 45 degiees 40 minutes
31 seconds; thence northerly tangent to the last described curve, 584.61 feet to the
northerly line of said Outlot A.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of Jammry
7th 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
