REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR
REQUIRED 16n TRUNK WATERMAIN TltlB; COURTS AT NANTERRECO(96p�) CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and
development contract dated October 17,
Nanterre (96023)► and
Weston
Corporation have
entered into
a
1997 for
the development of
The Courts
at
WHEREAS, as part
of this development, the developer was required to construct a 16"
watermain in The Courts at Nanterre (96023) in order to conform with the City o
Plymouth's Water Distribution Plan; and
WHEREAS. in accordance with City policy the developer installed the iregttired 16"
watermain in The Courts at Nanterre (96023) in the private streets and 49th Place North
from east to west across the plat; and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed as detailed in the approved plans and
specifications; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously accepted the utilities, including the 16"
watermain, for continual maintenance; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers tar the cost
Of oversizing watamain from 8" to the required size Upon conpltinu In inmalnt' nice by hie
the approved plans and specifications and accep
City; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $32,915.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CI ton Corporation,
