RESOLUTION 97.745
APPROVING TARGET AND TRAP SHOOT LICENSE FOR
PLYMOUTH GUN CLUB
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Gun Club has submitted an application for a targe: and trap
shoot license for the premises at 4955 Holly Lane; and
WHEREAS, this application includes a Icad decontamination mitigation plan, as required
by Resolution 97.463; and
WHEREAS, the lead decontamination mitigation plan has been reviewed by the City's
Water Resources Engineer and deemed acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a target and trap shoot license is hereby
approved for the Plymouth Gun Club, 4955 Holly Lane, for the period January 1, 1998,
through December 31, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff notify the Plymouth Gun Club that any future
license will be contingent on update and review of the lead decontamination mitigation
plan.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 17 1997.
