RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 739
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
ZACHARY LA14E - 30 AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD 10
CITY PROJECT NO. 5030
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 18, 1997 a report has
been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. with respect to the improvement of
Zachary Lane from 36" Avenue to County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of Zachary Lane
from 366 Avenue to County Road 10 by the installation of bituminous pavement,
concrete curb and gutter. tum lanes, with and without medians, storm sewer, and a 10
foot wide bituminous trail and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on December 3,1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
rHE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Direct staff to review assessments, hold an open house to review the
Engineering Report on such proposed improvement with the open house to be
held on the I e day of December, 1997 from 5:00 to 7: 00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard and
propose additional ftmding and/or construction alternatives.
