RESOLUTION 97 - 738
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES,
INC. TO EXTEND THE HOURS OF OPERATION TO 24 HOURS A DAY FOR THE
HOLIDAY OASICONVENIENCE STORE LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
QUADRANT OF NORTHWEST BLVD. AND HIGHWAY 35 (97154)
WHEREAS, Holiday Stationstoom Inc. has requested approval of a conditional use
permit to extend the hours of operation to 24 hours per day for the Holiday
gas/convenience store located on property legally described as follows:
Lot 2. Bloch 1, Northwest Business Campus I r Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval of the conditional use permit for Holiday
Stationstores, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Holiday Stationstores, Inc. for a conditional use permit, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permitted hours of operation for this use shall be 24 hours per day.
2. The operation shall be responsible for litter control within 300 feet of the premises,
and litter control is to occur on a daily basis. Trash receptacles must be provided on
site at convenient locations to facilitate litter control.

3. Standard Conditions:
a. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
b. This approval shudl expire one year after the date of approval, unless the
property owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the project,
or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to
extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under
Section 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance.
