HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-728• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 97-729 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCE.TED AT 3050 LARCH LANE NORTH (97167) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Rob Cail, Jr. which requests approval of a Lot Consolidation to consolidate two parcels of land located at 3050 Larch Lane North, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and VIHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for the Lot Consolidation would revise the two lots, as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council has hilly considered the request for the Lot Consolidation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Consolidation for 3050 Larch Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Submittal of separate drainage and utility easement documents executed and in recordable form prior to recording the lot consolidation. 2. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. The Developer shall hold the City and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims made by itself and third parties for damages sustained or costs incurred resulting tlrom plat approval and development. The Developer shall indemnify the City and its officers, employees, and agents for all costs, damages or expenses which the City may pay or incur in consequence of such claims, including attomeys' fees.
