CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-725
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION AT
15165.40'" AVENUE. NORTH AND AT 3949 ORCHID LANE NORTH.
WHEREAS, David and loan Drexler and lames and Catherine Guthrie have requested
approval to execute an encroachment agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the properties are legally described as:
Lot 5, Block 2, Crede of Plymouth 2id
Plymouth V Addition, and;
Addition and Lot 8, Block 2, Creekside of
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that
will allow the construction of decks at property located at 15165-406 Avenue North and
3949 Orchid Lane North.
