RESULUTION 97-716
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO IMPERIAL DEVELOPERS
WHEREAS, Imperial Developers has completed all of their work on the Ply mouth kx
Center Project, and
WHEREAS, final payment in the amount of $3,000 has been requested,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment to Imperial Developers, Inc., in
the amount of $3,000 for the Plymouth Ice Center project
Adopted by the City Council on November 19, 1997.
