CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESULUTION 97-715
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO AAIERIREC. INC.
WHEREAS, Amerirec, Inc., has completed all of their work on the Plymouth Ice Center
Project, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager has recommended final payment be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment in the amount of $7,728 is hereby approved for Amerirec, Inc.; all costs to
be charged to the Plymouth ice Center project.
Adopted by the City Council on November 19,1997.
