CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESULUTION 97-714
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.2 AND FINAL PAYNWM TO SWANSON
& YOUNGDAHL.INC.
WHEREAS, Swanson & Youngdahl, Inc., has completed all of the painting work on the
Plymouth lee Arena project, and
WHEREAS, their work was done in an exemplary fashion, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager and Director of Parks and Recreation are
recommending approval of Change Order No. 2 and Final Payment.
NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No.2 in the amount of $21,897 and Final Payment in the amount of
531,753 is hereby approved, and further, th;t the Change Order amount of 521,897 shall
be charged to the project administration final.
Adopted by the City Council on November 19,1997.
