CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-710
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
EASEMENT RIGHTS FOR UTILITY PURPOSES OVER AND ACROSS
PART OF CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION NOW KNOWN AS
CARLSON CENTER SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Larry Chiat on behalf of
Carlson Real Estate Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
drair:age and utility easements and the following reserved easement rights for utility purposes created
by Document No's. 4489750 and 4557127:
A. The drainage and utility easements over. under, and across the following described
property:
That part of the drainage and utility easements as dedicated and delineated on the
plat of CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION described as follows:
That part of the westerly and snuthwesterly 10.00 feet of Lot 1, block 2,
CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION embraced within Lot 1, Block 1,
CARLSON CENTER SECOND ADDITION and that part of the
northeasterly 10.00 fat of Lot 1, Block 3, CARLSON COMPANIES
ADDITION embraced within Lot 1, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER
SECOND ADDITION.
B. All of the reserved easement rights set forth in City Council Resolution No's 79-
149 and 79-440, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder for Hennepin
County as Document No's 4489750 and 4557127.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 17,
1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the
time and place for tae public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said h.arin3 as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on November 19, 1997.
