HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-709• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 709 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 6THADDITION PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Secticn 12.06, Lloyd E. Pew on behalf of Plymouth Collection, has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements and street right-of-way: The drainage and utility easements over, under and across the following described property: Lot 2, Block 1, PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 6T" ADDITION, except that part lying Easterly and Northerly of the following described line: Beginning at the most Northerly comer of said Lot 2; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 and its Southeasterly extension to the South lire of the North 5 feet of said Lot 2; thence Easterly along said South line to the East line of said Lot 2 and there said line terminates, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota. As said easements are dedicated and delineated on said plat of PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 0 ADDITION. The drainage and utility easements over, under and across the following described property: Lot 8, Block 2, PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota. As said easements are dedicated and delineated on said plat of PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK. Annapolis Circle as dedicated and delineated on the recorded plat of PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK, lying west and south of the following described line: • • Res 97-709 Page 2 Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 2, PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK; thence northeasterly along a lira: radial to the ccnterline of said Annapolis Circle w said ctrterline; thence westerly along said centerline to the easterly right-of-way of Berkshire Lane and there said line terminates. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and herby does, establish the date of December 17, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Plymouth City Center, 34W Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
