RESOLUTION NO. 97-708
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
LINDELL PROPERTY AT HIGHWAY 169
NE % SE Y. SECTION 19 T118, R.22
WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Lindell is requesting an exemption due to previous grading and
drainage from adjacent properties and blocked culverts which has created an incidental on-site
wetland, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnebota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities in a wetland created solely as a result of actions by public or
private entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland (Incidental
Wetlands, 8420.0122 Subp. 5).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEkEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Certificate of
Exemption Form for Mr. Robert Lindell
