RESOLUTION 97.698
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE ELM CREEK
PLAYFFELD SHELTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an agreement with the Wayzata School District for
the construction of the Elm Creek Playfield, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make various change orders to existing contracts for the
construction of the Elm Creek Playfield shelter building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the
Wayzata School District is authorized to proceed with the change orders and payments as
outlined in the above memo for the contracts related to the Elm Creek Playfield shelter
building.
Adopted by the City Council on November 5, 1997.
